2. Physical Products

 

For physical items, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

    •    Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

    •    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

    •    Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

 

3. Donations

 

All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

We want to serve with grace. If:

    •    Your item arrived damaged

    •    You were charged incorrectly
